Dávila 666 is back!!!

After not having released new music in over a decade, the legendary rock n' roll band from San Juan Puerto Rico return with 'Secretos' , a six track album recorded in 2022 on Easter week for the most important resurrection since Jesus Fuckin Christ himself rised from the grave.

Trading in their lofi garage sound of the past for bass and drum heavy songs drenched in layers and textures of psychedelic melody for a darker approach to their signature catchy pop bangers. 'Secretos' is about leaving shit that keep us stuck in senseless loops behind, reading between the lines, and embracing who we are in the world, which in D666's case is THE GREATEST PARTY BAND EVER.
Pulling influence from Spain's golden era of post fascist pop greats like Pegamoides, Hombres G, and El Aviador Dro to Iggy Pop/James Williamson Kill City era sleaze, this album showcases what's to come in the future from D666.

5 originals + 1 cover of obscure spanish punk weirdo PP Tansolo. Recorded and mixed by psych wizard Mario Negrón Gonzales and produced by Charli and Johnny Otis. Killer cover art installation by Anaïs Melero. Mastered by Mexico city's Juan Sebastian
First 300 pressings on transparent wax in collaboration with the bands own FRITO label.

Fucking love it! '79 punk (Think the Bags...or even Legal Weapon), catchy garage snarl (think old SFTRI bands...or even a New Bomb Turks by way of Kill Rock Stars {mull that over}), some 60's Nuggets guitar lines and modern bands on the Total Punk label, and of course there is some Lysol in there. I want to drink Hamm's and play checkers with this band! brantly
